I am pleased to upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Ray, the owner, showcased exceptional professionalism and skill in addressing our initial dissatisfaction. He personally visited and flawlessly repaired the ceiling texture, achieving the best possible outcome, especially given the intricate nature of our ceiling's unique texture. We are now thoroughly delighted with the results. It is evident that DaryWall Medic, led by Ray, operates as an excellent business that I wholeheartedly recommend working with.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We recently hired Drywall Medic to repair our ceiling, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Although they were punctual and responsive throughout the process, we encountered some significant issues.One major concern was the cost of the repair, which we found to be quite expensive. We felt that the pricing was not proportional to the quality of work provided.Moreover, the finished product did not meet our standards. The repaired section of the ceiling noticeably differed in texture from the rest of the ceiling. This mismatch stands out and compromises the overall appearance of the room. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the failure to achieve a seamless blend.While we appreciate their timeliness and responsiveness, the overall quality of the work was unsatisfactory. We had hoped for a result that would seamlessly integrate with the existing ceiling texture, but unfortunately, that was not achieved.

Very happy with this company and the job they did for us. Removed a huge popcorn ceiling like it had never been there. Repaired the wall where a fireplace was removed nicely. They checked in with us to see if we were happy at every step and worked hard to remedy anything that wasn't perfect for us right away. Ray was great and got the drywalling all done in a very timely manner. Then in came Jackson to paint and he was really awesome. Super friendly and professional, he worked long hours until the job was done to our satisfaction. The price was reasonable and the response was quick and on time. Jett at the office was also very professional and great to deal with. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big or small job they will work with you until you are happy with the result.

We called Drywall Medic to quote on a small job - water damage to the bathroom ceiling. Quote was done professionally, on time and complete. Job was scheduled - all appointments were arranged in consultation with us and were met precisely. Job was completed to our satisfaction (and our high praise) including clean up. Invoice was presented after the job was done and precisely as quoted. This was the most professional contractor we have ever engaged and we have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Drywall Medic provide very efficient and effective service. Galen the drywall medic was always courteous, on-time and on budget. His work was flawless and despite a large hole in the wall due to a plumbing repair when he was finished it was if it had never happened. He demonstrated true mastery. Needless to say we were quite impressed with the results.

Having been in the construction industry as both a trades person and project manager, my experience with drywall companies generally has been less than stellar. Hearing good things online about Drywall Medic, I thought I'd try something different for our complicated home renovation involving high work over intersecting stair-cases. What an absolute surprise! The installers at Drywall Medic were prompt, efficient, professional, tidy and very friendly. They always arrived when they said they would, and cleaned-up after every shift. They're work was very high quality and they offered to return to fix any problems that appeared after primer was applied. When I slipped off the joists in my attic and put my foot through the ceiling of my daughter's room - I called drywall medic. They got me a quote within a the week and, after a few reschedules (to be expected with their business, and so many half day visits involved for every job.) we had everything done. (3 days of work, couple weeks for quoting and scheduling) The folks they sent were respectful and professional, and they did a good job, covered up the room and cleaned up after themselves.

Ray, Jackson, and Jett we’re all so fantastic to work with. Very prompt, respectful of our home, and professional. The quality of work is outstanding! They skim coated our walls, removed popcorn, and repaired areas. It looks like we have all new drywall. The result is amazing. I would highly recommend them for jobs big or small!

The right size business if you need repairs. Responded with a quote within a day of being contacted, did an excellent repair of a popcorn ceiling at the price and time agreed in the quote. Would use them again

Drywall Medic was recommended by a plumber after a shower leak repair. I phoned them and two other businesses to discuss a repair, Drywall Medic was the only one to come for a free assessment and gave me the lowest quote. I knew that's trustworthy because they came to take a look at it.A lady then followed up and scheduled the repair, the quote was sent in email for approval. Easy project management. I had to postpone the repair for a couple of weeks but they accommodated the change easily.Karma came for all three visits on time (I was given a phone call for a time that would be 15 mins late, which was much appreciated). He spent more time to explain when there were questions from us. The work site was kept very clean after each visit. I'm very happy with the quality of the repair.Will recommend them if you need a drywall work.

Was waiting 7 months to get some drywall work done. A friend recommended Drywall Medic and within 2 weeks they responded with a very reasonable quote and began work.They showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the work very efficiently, exactly on quote, and to a superior standard. They matched our textured ceiling exactly, and cleaned up extremely well afterwards.We are more than thrilled with the results and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We needed to have a wall in our living room repaired during a renovation. Drywall Medic was a great experience! From booking to completion, everything went smoothly. The price was reasonable and the medic, Brian, was completely professional and courteous! It is hard to find a drywall company that will do a small job at a reasonable price. Drywall Medic did a GREAT job!

We bought this indoor, 65+ -piece climbing wall when we bought our townhouse; only to discover the holds were not only bolted on- but GLUED onto the wall. We needed it removed before our nearly 4 years old Grand-Little decided to climb it. HUGE RAVE & KUDOS to Drywall Medic for fulfilling their promise to "make it perfect"! SPECIAL thanks to Jim, Jarrod, Jackson & Ian for their efficient, fabulous work! They were polite, personable, punctual, efficient and professional. This job, to remove the holds, repair and paint all 3+ involved walls (including around the upper right corner!), AS PROMISED: took 4 working days (& one day for drying), they left our home perfectly neat, clean, tidy & dust-free at end of each day's work session. Important too, the quote given was what we paid; no last second "Oh, I forgot to add...." surprises on the invoice! We are SO relieved and very pleased! We would engage them again and have already recommended them! Thank-you, so much!
