We are now thoroughly delighted with the results. Although they were punctual and responsive throughout the process, we encountered some significant issues. One major concern was the cost of the repair, which we found to be quite expensive. We felt that the pricing was not proportional to the quality of work provided. Moreover, the finished product did not meet our standards. The repaired section of the ceiling noticeably differed in texture from the rest of the ceiling. This mismatch stands out and compromises the overall appearance of the room. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the failure to achieve a seamless blend. While we appreciate their timeliness and responsiveness, the overall quality of the work was unsatisfactory. We had hoped for a result that would seamlessly integrate with the existing ceiling texture, but unfortunately, that was not achieved.
